Service Engineering Apprenticeships – Swegon Service
Swegon Service is expanding its apprenticeship programme after four successful years of developing skilled Service Engineers. We’re now looking a new apprentice to join our team in London & Southeast.
If you’re practical, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in engineering, this could be a great place to start.

About the Role
You’ll be working towards the Level 3 Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician qualification while supporting qualified Service Engineers across our Cooling, Ventilation, and Smoke & Fire Service departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting engineers with maintenance, repair, commissioning, and service work on HVAC equipment
Travelling to customer sites and company locations as required
Supporting with collection and delivery of parts and consumables
Attending workshops, training sessions, and off-site learning
Completing all required coursework, tests, and assessments
Keeping a record of your learning and building your evidence portfolio
Following all company and site health & safety procedures, including dynamic risk assessments
Building professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
Essential Requirements
GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths, Science, and English
Full UK Driving Licence
Basic computer skills
Fluent spoken and written English
